When you first send in an email to email@example.com with your support request, you should receive an email back almost instantly confirming that your request has been received by ResortsandLodges.com. Keep this email!
If you do not hear back about your request within a week, simply reply to that confirmation email that you received. This will keep your correspondences with our Support Team in one place and make it easier for our team to find your original request. Just let us know in the reply email that no one has contacted you about your request and our Support Team will receive a new email from you alerting them to your unsolved request.
If you happen to have lost that confirmation email, simply send a new support request to firstname.lastname@example.org and someone will get back to you as soon as possible!
