How to respond to a review:
- Go to your Client Center: http://clients.resortsandlodges.com
- Select the Distribution tab at the top
- Select your property (PROPERTY'S NAME (Lodging))
- Click on 'Property Reviews'. You will then see all of your reviews.
- Click 'View / Respond' on the review you want to respond to. (The 'View / Respond' button is located on right side of the screen under 'Action'.
- This will pop open the comment and a box for you to Respond. After completing your response, make sure to 'Save Response' to post it.
