How do I respond to a traveler's review?

How to respond to a review:

  1. Go to your Client Center: http://clients.resortsandlodges.com
  2. Select the Distribution tab at the top
  3. Select your property (PROPERTY'S NAME (Lodging))
  4. Click on 'Property Reviews'. You will then see all of your reviews.
  5. Click 'View / Respond' on the review you want to respond to. (The 'View / Respond' button is located on right side of the screen under 'Action'.
  6. This will pop open the comment and a box for you to Respond. After completing your response, make sure to 'Save Response' to post it.
